Ingredients
For the Shrimp
- 250g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- ½ tablespoon Bahaurji Shrimp Majbous Blend Add to cart
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
For the Sautéed Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- ½ cup onions, thinly sliced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
For the Wraps
- 2 large tortillas
- ½ cup Tex-Mex shredded cheese blend
Optional Additions
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
Sauté the vegetables:
Heat butter or olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Add onions, mushrooms, and green bell peppers. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 4 to 5 minutes, until golden. Remove to one side of the pan.
Cook the shrimp:
In the same pan, drizzle olive oil and add shrimp—season with Bahaurji Shrimp Majbous Blend, lemon juice, and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp at the edges.
Assemble the wrap:
Warm the tortillas, then add the sautéed vegetables and shrimp. Sprinkle the Tex-Mex cheese blend on top. Add shredded lettuce, avocado, and tomato slices if desired.
Melt the cheese:
Fold the tortilla and return it to the pan for 30 seconds per side until the cheese melts and the wrap crisps.
